Since opening in the East London only a year ago, WAH Nails has firmly placed itself as the go-to salon for fashion forward nails among the beauty cognoscenti. Last Thursday WAH Nails opened a new outlet in Harvey Nichols Dublin, and Ireland’s fashionable elite turned out for the occasion. Getting in on the nail action were among many others Beaut.ie’s Aisling McDermott, PR gal Aisling O’Brien and the gorgeous Lisa Brady from the Sunday Business Post.

The team at WAH nails specialise in translating fashion trends into fingertip art. Taking influence from the catwalk – rhinestones, crystals, pearls, gold studs and embedded glitter are used alongside the best quality extensions, products and polishes giving customers limitless design options to suit their mood – or match their outfit.

WAH Nails use Young Nails gel and acrylic, CND Manicure and Pedicure systems, and a host of luxury polishes including Illamasqua, Rococo Nail Apparel and Butter London to reflect the tastes of the HN customer. Whether it be Breton-inspired stripes, halloween skulls, Marc Jacobs inspired patterns or their original leopard print, all art is painted free-hand without stencils or airbrushing. Adventurous customers can choose coloured acrylic tips or MINX polymer heated coating, the latest fashion and innovation for nails, while budding designers come in with their own drawings and allow the WAH team to do the hard work.
