Rachel Wyse, a graduate of the Institute of Art, Design & Technology in Dun Laoghaire started work in television, producing and presenting her own entertainment programme on City Channel. From there she branched out into sports presenting with ‘The Show Jumping Ireland Premier Series’ on Sky Sports and TG4. For her latest venture, she has moved into the driver’s seat as co-presenter on Ireland’s only motoring show Xccelerate, a six part series broadcasting on 3e. We caught up with Rachel to talk style…

I live in Jeans & Jackets

Best style tip?
Always dress in something that suits you not what looks good on others

Favourite item in your wardrobe right now?
Karen Millen Winter Coat – It goes with everything and is warm!

What’s in your handbag right now?
Too many things! My handbag is always a mess and always full of useless stuff!

Worst and/or best shopping experience?
Worst – Went to visit a friend in Paris for my birthday to go shopping this year and came home with NOTHING!! It’s always when your not looking that you find what you want!

Favourite highstreet store?
Don’t know if it’s high street but I love Reiss

Favourite place to shop?
America

Online fashion haunts?
I’ve never shopped on the web!

Worst fashion moment?
Too many to mention – maybe Darren needs to help me!!!

Who epitomizes great style?
Anyone can have great style – I think Halle Berry always looks great.

What era of style would you most like see return to fashion?
1960’s – Love Grace Kelly/Audrey Hepburn
