As a self-confessed make-up junkie, I am always on the hunt for a new and exciting range whose sparkling eye colours, luscious lip glosses and flawless foundation catch my eye.

Italian brand Royal Effem is my latest obsession. A market leader in Italy and Europe, and used by the head make up artist for Georgio Armani, the range is now available on the Emerald Isle. Lucky for me, I got to try out some of their gorgeous make up treats and I wasn’t disappointed.

Among my favourites were the skin primer-this is amazing for keeping make up in place. There was also the God of all liquid liners Forever Stylo Eyeliner which takes the form of a black marker – the tip is always ready to go with the right amount of black ink which allows for amazingly easy application that doesn’t run or smudge. It is also very long wearing.

Their Forever Brilliant Gloss also deserves a serious mention. Dubbed the ‘Cheryl Cole’ lip gloss due to their constant high shine and luscious colours – you will want them all. And perfect for the festive season ahead, Glitter Star Eyeliner is their silver sparkly liquid liner, wear it over black liquid liner for a more glamorous party look. Bellissimo!
