I’m pretty sure wherever you are in the country this morning, it’s pretty miserable outside. But there’s bright news on the sartorial front. Penney’s latest spring collections for 2012 will be trickling into stores over the next couple of weeks. And we’re in for a treat – a riot of bold, bright, vibrant blocks of colour, oversized florals that you can match or clash on everything from cigarette pants, shorts and pencil skirts (check out the canary yellow one, swoon!), delicious draping, cute collars and subtle pleating.
