The first ever Xpose Xmas Xperience (XXX) in association with West Coast Cooler got off to a Xmas cracker last Friday at the RDS. Sipping on a free glass of West Coast Cooler while perusing the many isles of fabulous gifts all at great prices, even Scrooge would have been hard pressed not to get carried away by the Xmas spirit of it all. “On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me a leather bag from Fabio Dericci”. As for the other 11 days? There were stockings for your stockings from www.legslove.ie , one of a kind scarves from Design 1, beautiful dresses from Escape Boutique in Greystones and the key outfits from the new New Look in Jervis St. Shopping Centre, to name but
a few.

It wasn’t just fashion either but beauty treats too. From laser hair removal at Therapie to Tan Organics’ most natural looking fake tan to at-home teeth whitening kits, there is no excuse this year for us ladies to be anything but perfectly preened, plucked, coiffed and groomed for the festive season. Fashion shows compered by the gorgeous Xpose team showcased the latest in must have winter woolies as well as the party seasons “it” dresses. Styling master- classes then taught us how to achieve these looks including one given by our very own Darren Kennedy.

With performances by X Factor rejects F.Y. D on Friday night and Jamie Archer on Saturday, we were rocking around the Christmas tree. If you missed XXX, you missed out. For those of us who left a few pounds lighter, (and no we don’t mean weight-wise unfortunately), it was the perfect way to kick-start the Christmas party season. Ol’ Saint Nick can take Xmas day off this year, we’ve got it covered!
