The Launch of the Littlewoods Ireland Autumn Winter ’11 collection took place on Wednesday evening at The Exchequer Room in Fallon & Byrne.

The room was done up Studio 54-esque befitting of the old style salon shows which have most recently been championed by Victoria Beckham and Tom Ford.

Stylist Cathy O’Connor very capably talked guests through the different looks and styles which showcasing the latest trends from the online retailer.

Guests enjoying the canapés and disco ball cupcakes included Sean Munsanje, Deirdre Morrisey, Corina Gaffey, Declan Leavy, Irish Independent fashion editor Bairbre Power, Constance Harris of the Sunday Independent, Roisin O’Reilly, Brendan Scully and Courtney Smith.

Rails of clothing from the collection were dotted around the room so guests could examine the pieces up close and personal at their own leisure. It was a very relaxed affair.

Modelling the fab collections were Caolinn Taylor, Tara O’Farrell and Michelle Lima. Some great pieces coming down the link including fabulous dresses inspired by the 1920′s & Boardwalk Empire as well as some beautiful cape coats, which promise to be a big hit next season.
