Have you been through a life transformation? The team at John Frieda is calling out to women in Ireland that have recently been through a life transforming experience, from pregnancy, starting a new career, moving house to ending or beginning a relationship.

Why? Because the woman’s whose transformation story is most life affirming will be taken to John Frieda’s London salon in December for a complete hair transformation with the John Frieda hair care professionals.

What to Send?
Transformation stories should be limited to 300 word max. The image should be a head shot Each transformation email will be acknowledged within 72 hours of receipt. A shortlist of transformation stories will be announced on Friday 29th July and must be available to attention a John Frieda Hair Transfomration with John Frieda Stylists in Dublin August 3rd . A panel of judges and John Frieda Facebook Fans will decide the overall winner on November 30th. The winner must be able to travel to London on December 5th for their John Frieda prize.
