I don’t know about you but I am always ashamed of the amount of neglect my body suffers through the winter. Then regretful when it comes to summer and I have to unveil my dull drab skin. So if like me your skin needs a little extra help, here is the lowdown on how to get your body looking divine (without any nasty dieting). To make it easier to manage I have broken it down in to parts.

Part 1: NECK, ARMS & BOOBS

Body wash – Just to cheer us up in the morning. Try Korres Fig Body Wash. It’s a beautiful deep pink colour, looks good in the bathroom (essential) and gets the body perfectly cleansed without stripping any excess oils.

Exfoliating is essential. Green and Spring Exfoliating Body Balm is perfect for the start of the season. It is indulgent yet practical and smells of delicate rose, lavender and jasmine, the smell alone is enough to encourage regular use.

Arms may need waxing – seriously. If you have dark man hair & lots of it then you may want to consider Parissa Body Sugar 2 in 1 roll on, a super cool wax kit. It has won awards for its innovative design, making it beyond easy to use while giving instant results without any irritation.

Boobs – if you have ever exercised without a sports bra, had kids, have a fuller cup or just want them to look great then give them the love and attention they deserve with Mama Mio’s Bootcamp for Boobs. To be honest, I had never given it much though until I came across this kit but the result are truly amazing and defiantly worth the extra effort.

Neck and all other areas on show must be covered in Spf. I think the best range on the market is Institute Esthederm. It is the only line of sun products I have tried that does not cause breakouts. In fact it makes the skin look even better. It is the perfect texture, goes on with little effort, last for hours and gives an even, longer lasting tan.

The Summer Series continues next time, with a look at ‘Tums and Bums’!
