Last week, we took a look at Eva’s new sophisticated style inspired no doubt by her new bff Victoria Beckham. Before Eva takes to the stage to host the MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid, we thought let’s complete the look by emulating her make up style. Here’s to get it in 5 easy-to-follow steps…
1) I would start by preparing the skin with a hydrating mask. I love the “Moisturizing Mask” by Dr Hauschka, it contains Almond, Avocado and Jojoba oils that nourish and Quince extract, which moisturize giving you an incredibly radiant and plump base for the foundation.
2) Eva always has flawless skin. For this look I would go for a foundation with a medium coverage, that way you can sheer it out by mixing your moisturizer in to it or build it up in layers for a full coverage. I love “Nude Skin” by Dior. It allows you to get that great coverage and always stays looking healthy and fresh.
3) Next you’ll need to conceal under the eyes and around the nose, I recommend Dior’s Skinflash pens. These little gems cover and brighten which is a large part of this look. Use the Balms “Sexy Mama” invisible anti shine powder on the t-zone.
4) Bronzer is essential. Work Bourjois’s “Délice de Poudre” in light layers all over the skin, pay little attention to the middle of the face, you want to look sculpted and this is the easiest way to achieve that. Use a blush high on the cheekbones to further enhance the sculpt. I love “Sob” cream blush by Illamasqua for that dewy look. Team it with their “Electify” Sheer Lipgloss, a beautiful baby pink shade.
5) On the eyes work dark brown kohl pencil the whole way around. Again I am sticking with Illamasqua’s “Honor” a rich chocolate brown. I would blend this all over the top lid and then add a line of colour behind the root of the lash, that way you can get depth and definition. Max Factors black kohl liner is a must on the inside water line. Use MAC false “20 lash” to add more “natural” definition to the outer corners. Finish with a coat Maybelline “The Colossal Volume’ Express Mascara”. Lastly keep brows in line with their “Define a Brow” gel.
Ta da! Longoria in an instant.
