Yesterday, Arnotts held their Autumn Winter 2011 press day where I got to preview the new collections for the forthcoming season, soon to arrive at the Henry Street store. They genuinely have such a massive and impressive selection of brands that it’s impossible to talk about them all. But they were certain highlights for me.

Big news, Coach arrives exclusively at Arnotts and the collection is LUSH, LUSH, LUSH!

The store has stocked the Love Moschino accessories range for the past couple of seasons and for AW11 they are introducing the ready-to-wear clothing range. Not taking itself too seriously, the collection features fun prints and logos.

Vivienne Westwood’s Anglomania collaboration with Lee jeans for a collision of colour and metallics. The cosmic camouflage print in shirts and pants which when worn together create a boiler suit look. If that doesn’t appeal, just check out the skinny jeans, they are fantastic.

Other pieces that really caught my eye include Hoss Intropia’s stunning pussy bow blouse, a 60′s style belted black with blue polka dot dress by Fenn, Wright & Manson, Heidi Higgins red wool dress (one of my favourites), a Horseshoe Silk Print Blouse by Ella by Viyella.

In outerwear, I couldn’t stop stroking the Pinko brown shearling coat which looks so good you’ll want to sleep in it. If you’re looking for a new leather jacket, you need look no further than Vivienne Westwood Anglomania – the bounty leather jacket is a show stopper!

Menswear have really upped the ante with highlights coming from Diesel, Luke and new denim brand JC Rags who’ve used innovative laundry techniques to offer a selection inspired by the worker. Arnotts exclusively launch the first Arrow collection. This offering of men’s shirts is in keeping with the American brand’s significant heritage and includes dress, casual and contemporary shirts with a price range from €69 – €99. And of course, there’s the Steve Mc Queen collection from Barbour, which deserves a post in its own right click here.

All in all, Arnotts will be a must-visit-store for any AW shopping this year!
