So January is now behind us (praise the Lord!), we’re now into the 6th week of 2011. Last week I gave you “Star Lunges” to add into your daily routine. You should have noticed some stiff and sore legs for quite a few days after. Am I right? As well as lunges, I also suggested keeping a food diary and drink 3-4 litres of filtered water per day.

This week a few people have been asking me if there’s any exercise they can do whilst they are at work? My initial answer would be “NO” as somethings confusing your environments only proves to be counterproductive. For sure as I stated in week 1, you can take the stairs instead of the lift and you can opt to use the toilets at the far end of the office. But if you want to get noticeable results, both physically and mentally, I would advise that you try not to mish mash the 2 environments.

That said there are things you can focus on improving while at work:

• good posture whilst at your work station
• keeping your meal choices and snacks healthy
• drinking adequate amounts of filtered water
• taking at least 5 minutes break from PC work every hour
• Protect yourself from EMF by investing in a Q-Link
