Cheryl Cole stole the show on Monday night at the 2011 Annual Elle Style Awards. Unfortunately for her it was for all the wrong reasons. It being Valentines day, Cheryl hit the red carpet in a red dress. The full length dress by Alexander McQueen had a daring plunge at the front which meant no bra for Cherly. So she did what every fashionista worth her salt would do and broke out the tit tape. Unbekowns to her, the tape wanted a bit of the limelight too and could clearly be seen poking out from her dress. Add to that the flashbulbs of the papparazzi revealing that Ms. Cole was wearing some form of control underwear and well, you can just imagine Cheryl hiding under her duvet this morning when she saw the papers.

But rather than berate her, we should all celebrate the fact that even the most stunning and skinny celebs need help from time to time. I know no one believes it but turns out they are human too, I kid you not!

Wardrobe malfunctions aside, this dress was a step up from the black disaster that Cheryl wore to the NTAs. It was the wrong length, revealed side boob cleavage and was backless save for some awful bondage style straps that revealed her new “tat”. At the Elle Style awards, Cherly was back to true style form and rocking one of the biggest trends for Spring: Red, Red, Red!

Valentines may be over but the colour of love ain’t going anywhere. Forget the LBD ladies, this time it’s all about the LRD. Red anything actually be it trousers, shorts, tops.
