As much as a picture speaks a thousand words, your handbag says more about your personality than any other single item of clothing you’ll wear. So finding that special bag, the one that’ll become your ‘go-to’ bag season after season can be a tough task.

When I laid eyes on the scrumptiously stylish Louloubelle bag collection, recently launched by accessory designer Louise O’Leary, I knew they were going to make many a bag-lover very happy. Not too many mind you – each bag is one of just a hundred limited edition pieces individually identifiable by it’s production number.

Inspired by an imaginary, colour drenched world of tea parties and magical creatures, they come in a pallet of pistachio, turquoise, azure, chestnut and fawn punctuated with muted metallics of gold and silver. Each bag is individually handcrafted from luscious Italian calf leather dyed using traditional methods which means they are not only beautiful but ethical too (a big plus in my eyes!).

With three styles for this season, a classic large holdall, a smaller quirky satchel design that can be worn on your shoulder or across your body and a playful clutch in a wide array of colours, there is one to suit any occasion or outfit.
